Polyester coatings possess high resistance to weathering & elevated temperatures and are suited to both indoor and outdoor use. All polyester powder coatings are applied over a pretreated surface which ensures a tough and flexible finish resistant to cracking and flaking. Polyester powder coatings are generally applied in thicknesses of 40-100µm.

An Epoxy polyester powder coating is designed for applications subject to indoor and outdoor environments. Epoxy polyester powder coatings provide a high performance finish with good chemical resistance, weather resistance and colour stability. Epoxy polyester coatings are generally applied in thicknesses of 30-70µm.

Thermoplastic polymer alloy coating is designed for the long term cost effective protection of metals. It offers good slip resistance and thermal conductive properties giving metals a not cold to touch feel. This makes it ideal for handrails, fence posts, outdoor signs and seating etc. The coating is resistant to stress cracking, adverse weather conditions, detergents, salt spray and typical airborne pollutants.

Fusion bonded expoxy coating (FBE) is a one part, heat curable, thermo-setting powder epoxy coating designed to provide maximum corrosion protection under widely varying operating conditions. The epoxy is applied to preheated steel as a dry powder which melts and cures to form a continuous protective barrier. This process is utilized quite widely in the construction industry for the protection of pipes, concrete reinforcing bars etc.
